August 1, 2026 to July 31, 2027                 

1st Time Member:   $25.00

Annual Renewal Dues: $15.00 

There are two classes of members, active members and passive members.  Each owner by reason of home ownership becomes a passive member of the Association. By paying dues and becoming an active member, you will have voting rights at all Glen Oaks Association meetings.  We encourage all residents of Glen Oaks to become active members and participate in your neighborhood association. Even though we are a Voluntary Homeowner’s Assoc., the Covenants and Restrictions must be adhered to, as they run with the land and were set up by the developers of the subdivision.

Dues go toward the following:  Website, quarterly newsletters, corporation filing fees, corporate taxes, postage, stationary and office supplies, association signs, C Easter Egg Hunt, 4th of July Parade & Picnic, Holiday Cookie Exchange and Holiday Decorating Contest.  The Homeowners Association paid for the Glen Oaks Entrance Signs, and the renovation of the new borders and new stone.
